Below you will find more info on our ERASMUS partner universities and the application procedure.
We currently have inter-institutional agreements with 10 partner universities in 8 countries. We can send 27 students for one semester each. You will find more Links as well as exchange reports of former AWI students who went to one of partners and wrote about their experiences.

Application
Please send the application form and all required documents (Current Transcript of Records, Letter of Motivation/Study Plan and Language Certificates) to erasmus@awi.uni-heidelberg.de until March 11, 2024 for the academic year 2024-25.
Places will be allocated according to the following criteria
- Course of Study to date (Grades etc.),
- Letter of Motivation/Study Plan,
- Language Skills in the relevant language(s).

Heidelberg University is part of the university alliance 4EU+. Students may also apply for a stay at some of the partner universities through the AWI ERASMUS application process.
